No Hidden Fees
Yes, 24 hours before your rental begins, we place a refundable $2,500 pre-authorization hold on a valid credit card. This is simply a temporary hold and is not charged to your card. Once the vehicle is returned and inspected, the hold is released. The vast majority of customers will never incur any charges. The security hold is there only to protect against significant damage, lost equipment, excessive cleaning, or other breaches of the rental agreement.

Normal trail dust, mud, and dirt are expected and included in your rental. Only in the case of a vehicle being returned requiring excessive cleaning due to misuse, such as significant mud packed into the cabin, seats, cargo areas, or other hard-to-clean locations, a flat $50 cleaning fee may apply.
We’re not looking to charge for being a few minutes late or for normal delays that can happen on the trail. However, significant late returns can affect other bookings and collection schedules. For this reason, late returns may be charged at $50 per 30 minutes beyond the agreed return time.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your rental receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in a 25% cancellation fee. If you need to amend your booking, we’ll always do our best to help.

Yes. Side-by-sides are very easy to drive and feel very similar to an automatic car, with a steering wheel and just two pedals for the accelerator and brake. Before your rental, we’ll explain the controls, when to use the different 2WD and 4WD modes, and how to use the winch if needed. Most customers feel comfortable within just a few minutes.
Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting muddy and sturdy closed-toe footwear. We also recommend bringing water, snacks, sunscreen, insect repellent and any personal items you may need. Your vehicle includes secure storage with a cargo net and large waterproof bag.
